Why would I want to join the BalancePoint team?

Because at BalancePoint you matter and our business practices show it. We embrace and promote the concept of cooperation and collaboration among all 3 components in the triangular relationship – Associate, Client, and BalancePoint. Will I be notified prior to being submitted to a particular client opportunity?

Absolutely. Our Resource Managers are very conscientious about notifying each applicant and receiving specific approval via an Authorization to Present (ATP) form prior to submitting them to our clients for consideration.

What areas do you specialize in?

BalancePoint currently has several practice areas: Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, and Architecture/Engineering.

BalancePoint offers a comprehensive benefits package for all Associates.

If I were to become an Associate, how often would I get paid?

All BalancePoint Associates are paid on a bi-weekly basis, one week in arrears.

Are all Associates eligible for Holiday pay?

Yes. All full-time Associates are paid for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
