Lindsay Habben, Market Development Manager

...of BalancePoint, Inc. has five years of hands-on client management and resource exposure. Ms. Habben’s expertise includes both the local Kansas City community as well as nation-wide experience.

A Nebraskan native, Ms. Habben studied Psychology at the University of Nebraska and Kansas University. After she attained her degree, she immediately began a professional career in social work. Her passion then and now continues to be involved and consultative. After shifting her career path, Ms. Habben quickly and successfully learned the workforce solutions industry as a top performer locally, regionally and nationally as a technical resource manager. In order to fulfill her desire to work directly with the client, Ms. Habben joined BalancePoint as a Market Development Manager. Her energy and enthusiasm engage clients who appreciate her dedication to their organization to help them execute their Information Technology projects.

Ms. Habben leads by example, and that is no exception when it comes to the multiple philanthropic events for which she volunteers.

 

Kendra Hunter, Senior Market Development Manager

Ms. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Her professional history includes fifteen years of industry experience in the central United States with emphasis on the Kansas City market.

Kendra facilitates partnerships with client organizations by taking an active role in understanding business challenges and delivering project and process solutions to support critical business needs. She understands the idiosyncrasies associated with vertical alignment and has experience in Aerospace, Insurance, Financial, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Higher Education and Hospitality industries.

Currently Ms. Hunter is responsible for market development and execution of the BalancePoint model.

 

Resource Managers

Paul Erdner, Senior Resource Manager

…of BalancePoint, Inc. brings twelve years of workforce solutions and consulting experience to BalancePoint, Inc. and its clients.

Paul has a specific focus in the Information Technology Practice. He is a graduate of the West Virginia University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Masters Degree in Public Administration. Paul resides in Leawood, KS with his wife and 2 children and volunteers his time at Habitat for Humanity.

 

Rachel Orcheln, Senior Resource Manager

…for BalancePoint, Inc. graduated from the University of Kansas achieving her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology in 2004.

Rachel began her career in Recruitment for Information Technology professionals on a contract and direct staff augmentation basis in the Kansas City market soon after graduation and joined BalancePoint in 2005. Mrs. Orscheln is currently a Senior Resource Manager with BalancePoint, specializing in the Information Technology Practice. Rachel excels in building trusting relationships in the Kansas City community, providing commitment and value to every Resource and Client. She is involved in the philanthropic community, volunteering at The Childrens Place since early 2007.

 

Scott Quinn, Director of Resource Management

...of BalancePoint, Inc. has 13 years of experience in delivery, management and operations within the Workforce Solutions market.

Mr. Quinn holds a Master of Arts degree in History from Creighton University. His professional history includes industry experience focused primarily in the Kansas City market. He is well versed in client delivery for multiple practice areas including: Information Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, Administrative, and Finance and Accounting. Mr. Quinn also serves as Director of Resource Management at BalancePoint.

 

Lindsay Taylor, Resource Manager

...of BalancePoint, Inc. has five years of combined experience in human resources and staff augmentation.

Ms. Taylor studied Communication, Social Work, Gerontology, and Women Studies at the University of Iowa, and then completed her educational background with an MBA in Human Resources through Upper Iowa University. She currently works with resources for multiple practice areas within BalancePoint and also has a special focus in the finance and accounting arena. Ms. Taylor’s passion and motivation can be seen in the multiple philanthropic events that she is involved with.

Ricky Reynolds, Staff Accountant

…of the Point Companies is a graduate of the University of Kansas and has multiple years of experience in the Accounting field.

Ricky has been the Staff Accountant for the Point Companies for the past year. Ricky lives in Kansas City, KS and volunteers his time at Cancer Action in Overland Park, KS.

 

Elisa Wagoner, Director of Human Resources

… for the Point Companies, has over 15 years of experience in human capital management and 13 years of experience in the Workforce Solutions market.

Ms. Wagoner holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resources from Emporia State University. Ms. Wagoner has worked in the consulting industry for over 13 years in the Kansas City market.
