A Nebraskan native, Ms. Habben studied Psychology at the University of Nebraska and Kansas University. After she attained her degree, she immediately began a professional career in social work. Her passion then and now continues to be involved and consultative. After shifting her career path, Ms. Habben quickly and successfully learned the workforce solutions industry as a top performer locally, regionally and nationally as a technical resource manager. In order to fulfill her desire to work directly with the client, Ms. Habben joined BalancePoint as a Market Development Manager. Her energy and enthusiasm engage clients who appreciate her dedication to their organization to help them execute their Information Technology projects.

Ms. Habben leads by example, and that is no exception when it comes to the multiple philanthropic events for which she volunteers.

Kendra Hunter, Senior Market Development Manager

Ms. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Her professional history includes fifteen years of industry experience in the central United States with emphasis on the Kansas City market.

Kendra facilitates partnerships with client organizations by taking an active role in understanding business challenges and delivering project and process solutions to support critical business needs. She understands the idiosyncrasies associated with vertical alignment and has experience in Aerospace, Insurance, Financial, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Higher Education and Hospitality industries.

Currently Ms. Hunter is responsible for market development and execution of the BalancePoint model.

Mrs. Orscheln is currently a Senior Resource Manager with BalancePoint, specializing in the Information Technology Practice. Rachel excels in building trusting relationships in the Kansas City community, providing commitment and value to every Resource and Client. She is involved in the philanthropic community, volunteering at The Childrens Place since early 2007.
