Benefits

At BalancePoint, the diverse needs of our employees, combined with the ever-changing market demands, make a comprehensive benefits package an essential part of your employment.

BalancePoint strives hard to meet the collective needs of all of our employees.

Here is what we are doing to ensure that our employees get the most value out of their benefits package:

  • On an annual basis, BalancePoint reviews the market and compares our salaries and benefits to those of other companies similar in size. We have found that BalancePoint is always very competitive in the local and national marketplace.
  • BalancePoint works closely with our benefit providers to evaluate the plans to see how we can keep costs to a minimum without compromising the plan design, deductibles, co-pays and service. Last year, BalancePoint employees only saw a minimal increase in premium rate, less than 1% and in some cases, a decrease. The national yearly renewal increase for companies our size is 12-17%.
  • Each year, BalancePoint strives to add additional benefit options which enable us to recruit and retain the high level quality employees who make BalancePoint the great company it is today.
